REQUIREMENTS - High Speed Internet, Remote Support Software, Authorization from the User
Please have a technician on the phone prior to starting the remote support session.
Once the technician has disconnected, we no longer have access to your computer unless authorized again.
With remote support we can connect to a computer across the internet to diagnose problems, install programs, and optimize the computer.
With the user's permission the technician can take control of the user's mouse and keyboard.
We can even reboot the PC and reconnect remotely to continue this work without the user needing to assist.
